Lucy Ryan

As Managing Director, Lucy Ryan plays a pivotal role in the design, leadership, and implementation of Family Offices. She oversees the strategic execution of Family Office initiatives, managing relationships with clients’ existing professionals while leveraging the expertise of our network to support the unique goals of each family. Lucy splits her time between directly leading client relationships, guiding operational activities across the organization, and overseeing customized stewardship and inheritor education, tailoring educational experiences to suit the unique circumstances of each individual, generation, or Family Office.

Lucy is also the Executive Director of Women Shaping Wealth, a private community dedicated to connecting and empowering women across generations in the family office space.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Law and a minor in Human Rights and Social Justice from Carleton University. She has completed her Master of Business Administration, specializing in Innovation Leadership, from the University of Fredericton. She is also Kolbe Certified, integrating this distinctive methodology into her work to help families better understand and harness their natural strengths in decision‑making and communication.

Based in Ottawa, Lucy enjoys training for triathlons, hiking, and travelling in her free time.
