Lucy Ryan

As Engagement and Education Director, Lucy Ryan plays a pivotal role in the design and implementation of Family Offices. She oversees the strategic execution of Family Office initiatives, managing relationships with clients’ existing professionals while leveraging the expertise of our network to support the unique goals of each family. Working closely with the CEO and special advisors, Lucy ensures the seamless delivery of client services, assisting families in both establishing and recalibrating their Family Offices.

Lucy also leads our Customized Education for Inheritors program, tailoring educational experiences to suit the unique circumstances of each individual, generation, or Family Office. She collaborates with industry experts and family professionals to co-deliver education modules, providing clients with the most current insights and resources across a variety of topics.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a concentration in Law and a minor in Human Rights and Social Justice from Carleton University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton. Recently, Lucy became Kolbe Certified, integrating this distinctive methodology into her work to help families better understand and harness their natural strengths in decision-making and communication.

Lucy is based in Ottawa and enjoys training for triathlons, hiking, and travelling in her free time.
