Lorraine Hopfe

Lorraine Hopfe is a purposeful and agile leader with a sharp business mindset and a track record of developing and delivering business strategic priorities. 

With over 25 years of technology, business and program management experience, she is highly adept at bringing clarity to ambiguity, navigating complexity, and developing strategies that translate into organized actionable plans to quiet chaos and deliver on business objectives. 

She has led initiatives that include end-to-end process optimization and automation, cultural transformation, and enterprise-wide technology implementations and cloud migrations. Her experience spans multiple industries including telecommunications, technology, health, and agriculture. 

Lorraine believes success comes from collaboration, clear communication, and building strong strategic partnerships with clients and functional teams across diverse lines of business. Over the years she has had the privilege of supporting international teams of highly skilled professionals, with many that she stays connected with today.  

At Cole & Associates, Lorraine brings her unique ability to simplify complex topics and develop repeatable workflows to strengthen internal processes, while leading operational activities across the organization.  She supports the leadership team in delivering on corporate vision and goals, and to drive positive outcomes for Clients.  

Lorraine has a diploma in Computer Science Technology, a diploma in Marketing, and Project Management Certification from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Based in the Edmonton area, Lorraine lives with her husband and two dogs.  They have two adult children that live nearby and frequently spend time together.  Lorraine enjoys gardening at home in the spring and summer and traveling in the autumn and winter.
