Caitlyn Beattie

Caitlyn is an HR strategist and leadership consultant who advises family-owned and entrepreneurial organizations on people foundations, organizational design, and leadership development. She brings more than fifteen years of experience leading HR and talent functions, helping businesses strengthen structure, clarify accountability, and build leadership capability that lasts across generations. Known for her strategic mindset and grounded approach, she partners with families to create alignment between people, culture, and long-term business goals.

Caitlyn completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts (High Distinction) and Master of Arts at the University of Toronto before pursuing advanced studies in Adult Training and Development at the Schulich School of Business. She is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and Certified Professional Coach, and lives in Burlington, Ontario with her husband and three children.
